Professional Drum Recovery Program
Essex Silver-Line has been recovering professional floor sanding drums for a very long time. We don't spend a lot of money on advertising, we concentrate on doing the job right. Our program is the most reliable and cost effective in the industry, and our experience is invaluable to our customers.
Using a gluing process we developed & perfected in our plant, we adhere a high density rubber to either the aluminun or vulcanized rubber surface of your drum. After the glue has cured, the drum is cut to the proper size using a series of lathes, and then dynamically balanced.
This process can take from one to three weeks to complete, depending on volume.
Doing the job correctly takes time.
